The Space

Onomatopoeia's concept space is the first of its kind in the region with music emphasis, serving as a hub for diverse cultural activities.

Located in the neighbourhood of sioufi, onomatopoeia is a music hub set in a calm remote area of Ashrafieh, far from the daily and extenuating hubbub of the city. the space disposes of both indoor and outdoor facilities, which allows it to function as a hub, of instance, four seasons a year.

The hub offers a space for musicians to gather and convene, to meet and exchange ideas, whether in the cozy environment of its coffee shop, its well-endowed library, the workshop areas, or the fully-equipped rehearsal studio. 

The Space consists of:

• The Hangout Area: which is a coffee shop and a gathering space that serves as fundraiser for onomatopoeia’s various activities. It has a cozy atmosphere with a variety in the menu, and high speed internet. and It serves also as a platform for Live performances and various projects.
• The Music School or MSDP space: which is a school of music and a nurturing musical exchange project conducive to high caliber learning in today’s changing landscape of music education. The program’s provision consists of standard, alternative and innovative music skills exchange within multiple musical brackets, supported by highly accomplished tutors. It’s a space for musicians facilitating learning, convergence, and experience exchange. It’s a school of music, where beginners and professional musicians can learn or exchange their skills.  
• Rehearsal's studio:  It's a fully equipped state of the art rehearsal studio for musicians and bands.  
• Multifunctional rooms: that can host jam sessions, One on One tutoring sessions, and group Meetings
