The MSDP is a school of music and a nurturing musical exchange project conducive to high caliber learning in today’s changing landscape of music education. The program’s provision consists of standard, alternative and innovative music skills exchange within multiple musical brackets, supported by highly accomplished tutors. It’s a space for musicians facilitating learning, convergence, and experience exchange. It’s a school of music, where beginners and professional musicians can learn or exchange their skills.
Live Music Performances are part of Onomatopoeia objectives to host and nurture musicians from all across the board, and encourages them to create original content and performances that truly reflect their identity.
Onomatopoeia - The music hub regularly hosts local and international musicians, supports experimental and original music projects, and allows music enthusiasts to experience different genres and styles.
The pitch room project, which is also a part of the LMP project, supports new talents and gives them the opportunity to experience the stage and/or to promote their new projects.
Music Talks are periodic gatherings curated by Onomatopoeia – the music hub, that aims to simplify access to music information and culture through series of lectures. Music talks foster the development of music knowledge at various levels, covering different genres and topics from classic to modern. hosted by a professional musician or lecturer, each gathering is topic oriented, presented with proper media, visuals material and instruments.
Cine Music is a cine club project initiated by Onomatopoeia – the music hub with emphasis on music as content. Cine music aims to provide high quality screening and space for audiences interested in music by showcasing various films not necessarily shown in mainstream cinema. cine music tends to simplify access to music information through film by offering free entrance to a wide variety for screenings, covering different genres and topics followed by open discussion sessions.
